Now, since language matters and it’s e.g. important to know we’re highly sensitive as opposed to too sensitive… Do you think it would help to reframe “getting out of your comfort zone” (and being uncomfortable) in terms of “getting into your curiosity zone” (and exploring)?
Hello. I’m a lifelong introvert and homebody. I’ve been getting a bit antsy and irritated with this whole working from home and self-isolating thing. Is it because a) some of my introverted homebody happiness was dependent on it being a choice, OR b) it’s a change and who likes change?
